On this Party Wall case based in Finsbury Park, North London the Berry Lodge Party Wall Surveying team acted as the Agreed Surveyor. We agreed a Party Wall Agreement upon behalf of both the building owners and adjoining owners.
In this case given the height of the properties and the depth of the rear gardens, we were unable to view the rear elevation of the roof when completing our Schedule of Condition. In order to overcome issue this we undertook a further inspection once the scaffolding was erected. This not only ensured full protection for both the building owners and adjoining owners, but also meant the surveyor was able to enjoy some fantastic views across London while he was up there!
