The property was a newly refurbished split level, 3 bedroom apartment located in one of Dorset Square’s most prestigious block of purpose built flats.
Through thorough inspection, our Surveyor was able to gain access onto the roof of the block of flats via an obscured roof hatch and after careful review was able to identify a number of defects that weren’t visible from street level, or any other parts of the property.
With property prices for Dorset Square and the Marylebone area being north of £1.5 million pounds and over £1,600 pounds per square foot, the identification of these defects gave our client an excellent insight into the condition of the property allowing them to proceed with the purchase with full peace of mind.
