On this Party Wall job our Party Wall team acted as the adjoining owner’s surveyor.
The building owner’s proposed work included the construction of a number of large houses which included pilled foundations and deep excavations both within 6 metres of the adjoining owner’s property.
Our Party Wall team agreed a Party Wall Agreement with the building owner’s Party Wall team. In this instance the Party Wall Award included detailing method statements for the contractors to adhere to.
Given the size of the adjoining owner’s property and proximity to the proposed work our Schedule of Condition Report included over 500 photographs!
