What We Do
We specialise in Party Wall Surveying matters and not only serve Party Wall Notices upon behalf of our clients, we also undertake comprehensive Schedule of Condition Reports and legally agree Party Wall Awards, which are commonly referred to as Party Wall Agreements.
We also undertake a range of different Surveying and Valuation services, ranging from pre-purchase Surveys to Licence for Alterations.

We have recently launched an industry first, client portal. This ensures that our clients can log into their own personal portal to ensure they are always up to date on the progress of the job.
They can also access all documentation pertinent to the job, whether it be photographs, completed reports or construction drawings, within our client portal the information is never more than a couple of clicks away.

As an RICS member firm, we are members of The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). CEDR is one of the largest full service ADR providers in Europe.
CEDR provides independent adjudication for disputes between customers and companies regarding the surveying activities of subscribing RICS member firms including, but not limited to, Homebuyers Reports, Valuation, Land Measurement, Auctions, Building Surveys and Professional Advice.
Over the last 25 years CEDR have dealt with over 300,000 parties in commercial disputes and helped to resolve over 100,000 consumer complaints across multiple sectors.
